Tigerwood with box joint corners. Quilted maple lid panel with a satin lacquer finish. Brown suede leather bottom with ball chain lid stop. I make these in my shop one at a time. The box is made of 3/8 thick solid wood, as well as the maple panel. Inside of box is 3.75 tall. There are small, minute imperfections in the wood, hard to see but still visible. These are not made in a warehouse on CNC machines, etc. They are NOT flawless. Dollar bill not included, only for scale reference.
