NEW American Chest Contessa JEWELRY BOX solid cherry wood Mahogany Finish. Brand New American made American Chest brand Contessa Jewelry Box. It is made of solid cherry wood with a Mahogany Finish. Soft suede interior with 2 swing out chain bars. Lift-out tray with 15 compartments and ring rolls. The top of the jewelry box has two marks/shallow defects on either side from natural wood which doesn’t show up well in the photographs. These are considered natural defects because the box is made of real wood. The jewelry box has never been used. I removed it from the packaging to photograph it.
