The lid lifts up and there is a mirror underneath that is old and has a few worn marks as old mirrors tend to have. There are 3 compartments inside. Unfortunately the felt on the back has come off but box itself is in good vintage condition. Where you lift the lid to open the box some of that wood area has a reddish tinge from years of use. It’s a nice piece with some nice carved detail around the edges. It measures 11″ x 9″ wide with a 2 Depth.
