This is a unique, hand-made storage box made from locally grown Wisconsin pine. The pine was cut, and then aged over a period of several years using a natural process to produce the coloring seen in the photos. This box comes with a shelf insert made from aromatic cedar. It is brand new, and was hand-crafted by a retired gentleman who has been woodworking for over 60 years. The exterior is finished with a light stain to protect the wood from moisture, while the interior is unfinished, so that you can smell the aromatic cedar when the box is opened. The box measures 15.0″ L x 8.25″ W by 8.0 H, and is ready to hold your keepsakes, jewelry, collectibles or other valuable items. PLEASE NOTE: The bottom board of the shelf insert has a crack (visible in the pictures) which does not affect the function of the box.
