This is a very fine and rare old Middle Eastern inlaid box that is made of wood and white material all over. The lid of the box has ivory color knob with mosque design top geometrical design. This Shiraz khatam box belongs to circa 1930’s. The box is in excellent condition except some chips on its feet. It comes with red satin inserts. The details are professionally done. From foot to foot measure 13 3/4″ x 14″. The top itself measure 13 1/8″ x 13 1/8″. The top dome shape measures 11 1/8. The height is 3 3/4.
