This incredible box has the most lovely marquetry! There are many Cupids and love birds. The Cupids on the sides are playing tug of war! Evergy inch of the exterior of the box is beautiful. The interior is tufted ivory fabric that is in excellent condition. The top depicts Cupid in a chariot being pulled by two adorable goats that had so much detail! Look at their little faces! I have included other examples of Cupid (Eros) in a chariot. Perfect for Valentines Day! The box is the only thing included. There is no jewelry or other boxes included in the sale.
