This cute antique French box stands out because of its detail: the hardware, handle, feet and drawer pulls, as well as small faceted nails, the gilt decoration and the finish on the wood and inside are great. The box has two drawers, each is lined with cream velvet and in very good condition. Overall outside condition is very good with some minor scratches to the wood on top consistent with age.
