FULLY LOCKS with relative ease. No missing or replaced veneer. One small old bruise at the back middle section which is nothing, otherwise a terrific box in good condition. Wonderful inlaid banding consisting of fruitwood, boxwood, rosewood and ebony. Slight old inlay repair on the left hand band which is nothing otherwise all in very good condition. Further inlaid with boxwood, rosewood, and ebony to the central cartouche and keyhole escutcheon. The pictures really do not do it justice. The figured veneer is just superb.
