These English traveling Vanity boxes originally came with various glass bottles and boxes sometimes with a single or multiple drawers for jewelry. Although attractive in their own right they were not particularly useful for todays Jewelry box needs. In keeping with original building traditions I completely re make the interiors with new leather, silk velvet. Measuring 12″ x 9″ x 7 this box is in fine grained Brazilian Rosewood veneer over a Mahogany case, brass edging, working locks with keys and fully filled lacquer top coat finish.
