A great early wooden dresser or trinket box. In overall good or better condition with some minor wear. Has a nice shield and star burst on the front. Has a couple marks on top with a light chip in the back corner. Mirror under the lid is fogged. The black felt lining looks to be in nice condition and original, it is even in the lid. There is a key for the lock, but I was unable to lock it and remove the key. Not sure if it is the wrong key or if there is some other issue. Box is about 14′ by 9-1/2″ at the feet and is just over 8″ tall. Expect minor evidence of use or imperfections, dings etc. We take many photos of our items to assist with the description.
